- Bi-Annual Maintenance – 2 visits per year, 1 system: $300 (Normally $598)
- Additional HVAC System Per Visit: $100
- Fireplace Annual Maintenance: $100 (Normally $199)
- Discounted Diagnostic Fee: $150 (Normally $179)
- Add Annual HVAC Plumbing Inspection: $50
